"I have been blessed with the opportunity at Gael Force to learn and develop my skills throughout the apprenticeship. I have learned multiple welding processes such as MIG, MMA, TIG and Flux cored welding as well as basic fabrication and thermal cutting skills.

I have learned a lot of theory behind the different welding and fabricating processes and it has deepened my knowledge and understand in what I do on a day to day basis. I have learned so much in the space of a couple of months and I'm looking forward to finishing my course and growing my skillset."

"Since joining Gael Force, I’ve advanced my skill set a great deal. I’ve learned many new processes in welding and fabrication like MIG, TIG, MMA welding and thermal cutting. I’ve also learned how these processes work along with the required skills and knowledge to carry out tasks safely and efficiently in the workplace.  My favourite part of the apprenticeship is starting a job from scratch and seeing how things take shape and the sense of pride that comes along with inspecting the final manufactured workpiece.

As someone who has always enjoyed STEM subjects and working with my hands, this career choice has been one of the best decisions I have ever made because not only am I getting the best possible education in fabricating and welding but I’ve got to meet some of the most skilled people in this sector who have helped me along this journey and I look forward to someday being an integral member of the fabricating squad at Gael Force."
