Some changes to our operations - Coronavirus Update

  • Temporary shop closures at Inverness, Glasgow and Plymouth
  • Aquaculture trade customers can continue to shop online at, over the phone, and via email with deliveries still being made
  • Our Inverness warehouse continues to dispatch orders safely on our contract delivery service for salmon producers

These are clearly unsettling times for everyone and a rapidly changing situation, hour-by-hour. We wish to express our sincerest thanks to our hard-working staff and loyal customers for doing everything they can to keep themselves and others safe in recent days and weeks. Our number one priority remains the health and wellbeing of our valued workforce and customers.

Our shops:

We have worked hard to keep our shops open to customers; however, it is clear to us that we need to temporarily close our shops in Inverness, Glasgow and Plymouth until further notice.

Our online shops:

As a key supply partner to critical services such as food production, we have made some changes to our operations, ensuring that we continue to follow Government advice and instruction.

Our aquaculture trade customers can continue to place orders at, via email to and on the telephone +44 (0)1463 229400. We continue to operate our own aquaculture contract van delivery service to sites.

Our retail online shop remains open currently. Customers should expect our couriered delivery services to be slower than usual and while we are doing all we can to meet our 3-5 day delivery service, we are operating in a challenging climate.

Should there be any requirement to make any further changes to our online operation as a result of Government advice or a need to do anything further to protect our employees, then we will communicate these details as soon as possible.

Placing an order by phone:

If you wish to place an order with us, please call our main switchboard number +44 (0)1463 229400 and we will discuss arrangements and the safe measures we are taking to ensure you can receive your order. In the event of an in-store purchase needing to be returned to us for an exchange, refund or credit note, please contact us and we will help you.

We are passionate about helping you, our customers, with the sharing of our knowledge and listening to your feedback, challenges and needs.  Our passion for working hard to help our customers won’t stop and you can continue to find ways online to keep in touch via Facebook Messenger and email at Our sales representatives also remain available on their mobile numbers.
