Earlier this year, we were pleased to welcome David Inglis to Gael Force as our new Operations Director.

David has built his career in engineering infrastructure, predominantly across the energy and water sectors, leading operations and business and working across manufacturing, project delivery and operational improvement.

Bringing extensive experience from these areas, David’s background translates directly into his new role at Gael Force, where he will be responsible for leading our operational services, supporting project delivery and facilitating continuous improvement across the business.

A key part of David’s role will be ensuring we continue to provide safe, high-quality products and services to our customers, improve operational performance, and support the wider business in delivering innovative solutions to the aquaculture sector.

David’s appointment forms part of our ongoing commitment to developing our people and supporting sustainable growth. By building on the skills and experience within our teams, David will help create the capability needed to continue improving how we operate and deliver robust and reliable products and services to our customers.

We’re delighted to welcome David to the Gael Force team and look forward to the experience and expertise he brings to the business.
