Mooring Plates & Nodes

High-strength mooring connections
SeaQureLink mooring grid connection node has been designed by Gael Force’s in-house engineering team drawing on over 30 years of experience in the design and specification of specialised mooring systems for aquaculture.
Our robustly engineered shackle plates are manufactured from heavy-duty galvanised steel and contain multiple connection points with ample space for allowing simple access for all connections.

SeaQureLink

Key Points
- Designed by our in-house engineering team drawing on over 30 years of experience in the design and specification of specialised mooring systems for aquaculture.
- A maintenance-free, super high-strength mooring connection node with no moving parts.
- Proven to be maintenance-free over very long life cycles and is not susceptible to fatigue-inducing flex.
- Super high-strength mooring node tested to 185 tonnes.
- No metal-to-metal connections dramatically reduces maintenance.
- Inherent system ballast prevents grid floating. upwards, minimising the chance of ropes being cut by propellers.
- Solid, stable and rigid, operating in shear to known load capacities.
- Heat-treated, galvanised and epoxy coated.
- Reduces the buoyancy requirement compared to shackle plates.
- No fatigue inducing flexing.
