Confidence building stronger following an impressive outing at Aquaculture UK

Team Gael Force was back with a bang and building stronger last week with an impressive return to in-person exhibitions at Aquaculture UK in Aviemore.

The exhibition is the largest of its kind in the British Isles and attracted 2,600 visitors and 200 exhibitors over the course of three days.

Across two stand spaces, we displayed and demonstrated a range of aquaculture equipment, technology, and services, both physically and digitally.

The largest of the stands was positioned close to the main entrance and thoroughfare, drawing lots of positive comments from many visitors for being a bright, inviting, and engaging meeting place.

Catching the eyes of passers-by was our recently extended range of SeaFeed barges and new 2022 Sea Safe features as well as SeaFeed, SeaSight and SeaLight technologies.  We introduced our netting range to the market in partnership with FISA and demonstrated strength in our pens and moorings equipment.

During the first two days, we hosted a series of ‘Meet the Expert’ Q&A sessions on our stand, focusing on hot industry topics, including Moorings Technical Analysis, Netting Technologies, Barge Hybridisation and Semi-Closed Containment.  Experts included Yoni Radzinski (Fibras Industriales S.A.), Torstein Nygard (Fjord Maritime), Knut Senstad (Aquaconsulting Senstad) and our very own Adam Young and Alexis Chatterton.

Video footage from these sessions and from around the exhibition will be released over the coming days and weeks.  Keep an eye on social media for our post-show recordings where you will be able to get a sense of the atmosphere from around the stands!
